About this section:
Since the beginning of the legal
discussion about links and search engines in 1996 a lot has been written about this subject. I will
present an overview about material in English and German.
Please send me an
e-mail, if you find any material not yet mentioned here.
At this point of the "Links
& Law Project" I'm not able to provide much information about material in
French or in Dutch, although I know that a lot of it exists. If you want to
become part of the project and work on a subsection about resources in other
languages, please drop me a line.
There
are a lot of other websites, which provide an overview over resources on
the ongoing debate about hyperlinks. I want to name only a few here. The best in
my opinion is the Bechtold
Link Controversy Page. It covers some aspects, this site does not, e.g.
links to material in French.
